Executive Housekeeper

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments to ensure compliance with brand standards and LQA guidelines
• Oversee the cleanliness and presentation of Guest Rooms, Public Areas, and Heart-of-House spaces
• Recruit, train, and manage departmental teams to support a high-performing, guest-focused operation
• Manage departmental budgets, including cost control, linen requisitions, and labor costs
• Coordinate with the Director of Facilities on preventative maintenance programs
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations to foster a culture of accountability
• Manage the lost and found process in accordance with company policies

Requirements

• At least 5 years of housekeeping experience in an upscale hotel or resort setting
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management position
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of hotel systems, specifically Opera PMS or comparable platforms
• Strong administrative, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort
• Exposure to the Rooms Division, such as Front Office operations
