Executive Housekeeper

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and schedule housekeeping team to ensure daily cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and professionally
• Conduct regular training, performance evaluations, and ensure adherence to SOPs and brand standards
• Manage inventory and approve requisitions for amenities, cleaning supplies, and equipment
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house regularly to maintain cleanliness and service quality
• Coordinate with other departments and handle guest complaints to ensure satisfaction and operational excellence

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Executive Housekeeper role at a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, or equivalent high-end hospitality environment
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of housekeeping operations, hygiene standards, and inventory control
• Fluent in English and computer literate
• Proficiency in additional languages such as Mandarin is an advantage
