About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the GTM strategy for Marketing Services solutions in collaboration with the Commercial team
- Direct commercial teams on the best offers for specific segments and subsegments
- Manage existing client portfolios and prospect new accounts to drive revenue growth
- Lead a team of 10 specialized sales executives
- Validate and present technical scopes of commercial proposals to clients
- Map market needs and propose new business models in conjunction with the Product team
- Manage existing contracts and identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
Requirements
- Experience in the full sales cycle, specifically with analytical solutions, customer segmentation models, or marketing platforms
- Proven experience in AdTech, CRM, CDP, or marketing analytical solution companies
- Proficiency with Salesforce for pipeline and portfolio management
- Strong negotiation, influence, and articulation skills
- Ability to discuss challenges with clients in Marketing, CRM, and Sales areas
- Strategic vision and customer focus
