About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the GTM strategy for Marketing Services solutions in collaboration with the Commercial team
  • Direct commercial teams on the best offers for specific segments and subsegments
  • Manage existing client portfolios and prospect new accounts to drive revenue growth
  • Lead a team of 10 specialized sales executives
  • Validate and present technical scopes of commercial proposals to clients
  • Map market needs and propose new business models in conjunction with the Product team
  • Manage existing contracts and identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities

Requirements

  • Experience in the full sales cycle, specifically with analytical solutions, customer segmentation models, or marketing platforms
  • Proven experience in AdTech, CRM, CDP, or marketing analytical solution companies
  • Proficiency with Salesforce for pipeline and portfolio management
  • Strong negotiation, influence, and articulation skills
  • Ability to discuss challenges with clients in Marketing, CRM, and Sales areas
  • Strategic vision and customer focus
