About the Company

Funding Societies | Modalku is the largest SME digital finance platform in Southeast Asia. We provide business financing to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and payment solutions, backed by major investors like Sequoia India and Softbank.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the end-to-end product lifecycle across the full loan journey
• Identify process gaps and drive scalable solutions through process engineering
• Lead the integration of AI-enabled tools to automate loan processing
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor offerings
• Own product metrics and dashboards, translating data into actionable insights
• Query performance data from data warehouses and build visualizations
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Credit, Risk, and Engineering
• Ensure product design aligns with regulatory requirements like AML, KYC, and PDPA

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Analytics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in banking, fintech, consulting, product management, or data analytics
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL is required
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
• Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini) in daily workflows
• Strong written communication skills to influence stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
