Executive Finance

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and account reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, including vendor and customer balance reconciliations
• Assist in compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and income-tax regulations
• Coordinate with auditors during statutory, internal, and tax audits by providing required documentation
• Analyze financial data and prepare MIS reports, variance analysis, and insights to support management decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial recording and reporting
• Maintain proper financial documentation and ensure adherence to internal controls and finance policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com, BBA, or equivalent)
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or related functional roles
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar platforms
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Working knowledge of GST and TDS compliance
• Experience in MIS preparation and management reporting
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
