About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts for mall operations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports
- Monitor general ledger and perform account reconciliations
- Track collections and follow up on outstanding tenant payments
- Reconcile tenant accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts
- Monitor actual expenses versus budget and report variances
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST and TDS
- Assist in internal and external audits and maintain proper documentation
- Monitor daily cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts
Requirements
- Experience in maintaining books of accounts and general ledger reconciliation
- Proficiency in preparing MIS reports and financial forecasting
- Knowledge of tenant account reconciliation and revenue tracking
- Understanding of statutory compliance such as GST and TDS
- Ability to manage vendor invoices and accounts payable/receivable
- Strong attention to detail regarding documentation and audit preparation
