Executive, Facilities Management

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee daily operations and maintenance of M&E systems to ensure optimal performance and safety
• Supervise contractors and vendors for M&E works, ensuring compliance with scope and quality standards
• Monitor and upgrade preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements including DOSH, Bomba, and OSHA
• Manage work orders via CMMS (e.g., Yardi) to ensure timely execution and closure
• Coordinate with tenants and internal teams to resolve M&E-related issues
• Support energy management and sustainability initiatives by monitoring electrical consumption
• Conduct routine inspections of electrical and mechanical systems to identify defects and risks

Requirements

• Knowledge of electrical systems including LV distribution, switchboards, and transformers
• Understanding of mechanical systems such as HVAC, ventilation, and plumbing
• Familiarity with fire protection systems including alarms, sprinklers, and hydrants
• Experience with preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance strategies
• Knowledge of statutory requirements (DOSH, Bomba, Suruhanjaya Tenaga, OSHA)
• Proficiency in CMMS systems like Yardi
• Ability to perform fault diagnosis and root cause analysis (RCA)
• Experience in contractor management and service level agreements (SLA)
