About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-touch, white-glove technology support to senior leaders and their executive assistants
  • Manage end-to-end technology experiences, proactively resolving issues and anticipating needs
  • Support executive meetings, events, and live collaboration through rapid on-site and remote troubleshooting
  • Maintain accurate documentation and lifecycle management for executive devices and environments
  • Operate with high discretion and professionalism in high-visibility, time-sensitive situations

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive IT support experience, including direct executive or senior leadership support
  • Strong hands-on experience supporting Windows and macOS endpoint environments
  • Deep working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Slack, and Zoom
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, mobile devices (MDM), networking, and A/V conferencing technology
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools and structured incident management practices
  • Ability to provide after-hours support and limited travel as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background specifically in executive experience or white-glove support roles
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior leadership
  • Strong anticipation and problem-prevention mindset
  • Experience supporting enterprise A/V systems and executive collaboration spaces
  • Calm and composed presence in high-pressure or time-critical situations
