Executive, Event & Casual Leasing

Responsibilities

• Source and secure short-term tenants for promotional spaces, push carts, and common areas
• Manage enquiries and bookings for advertising panels and promotional spaces
• Prepare leasing documentation, proposals, and booking forms in accordance with SOP
• Coordinate event setup and dismantling to ensure safety and operational readiness
• Monitor rental billing and follow up on collection of promotional space rentals
• Maintain accurate records and build relationships with tenants, vendors, and event organizers
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with mall guidelines

Requirements

• Understanding of short-term leasing and mall promotional space management
• Knowledge of event planning, activations, and product launches
• Basic lease negotiation and administration skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Proficient in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage
