About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement consultative sales processes for corporate clients, covering prospecting, program design, and follow-up.
- Sell In-Company executive education programs from EGADE to meet revenue and margin goals.
- Design and execute prospective client engagement strategies using competitive analysis and existing institutional networks.
- Supervise the creation of customized In-Company program proposals based on specific client needs.
- Organize strategic events to position the Executive Education area with potential corporate clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proven experience in consultative sales, preferably within the Executive Education sector.
- Strong project management skills related to development and training programs.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with Human Resources and training departments.
