Responsibilities
- Develop and execute eCommerce media planning strategies across marketplace platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada
- Plan and optimize SKU visibility, product assortment, and campaign placements
- Manage media investment allocation across search ads, display ads, affiliate, and live streaming
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics including impressions, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and GMV
- Conduct regular performance analysis to identify consumer trends and category opportunities
- Analyze platform and campaign data to generate actionable insights
- Prepare post-campaign reports and performance recaps
- Stay updated with marketplace trends and platform algorithm changes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Communications, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce planning, media planning, or performance marketing
- Familiarity with Shopee Ads, TikTok Shop Ads, and Lazada Sponsored Solutions
- Knowledge of Meta and Google digital media platforms
- Strong understanding of eCommerce metrics like GMV, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Proficiency in working with data, dashboards, and performance reports
- Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management skills
