About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive SDOFR promises across respective regions through trend analysis and improvement action plans
- Analyze coverage and stocks at depot level and expedite supplies from plant and TL to depots
- Monitor service levels against KPIs including SDOFR, VSL, and RSL
- Ensure adequate opening and closing stocks at depots
- Create deliveries for critical SKUs and upload data in SAP for dispatches
- Coordinate with plant admin, commercial, purchase, and TL operations teams to ensure timely dispatches
- Manage old stock allocation to sales depots in alignment with sales teams
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in B.Com, B.B.A, B.M.S, or Science
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, SAP, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder coordination
Preferred Qualifications
- Post Graduate diploma in materials management
