Executive – Distribution (Outbound Logistics and Warehousing)

Responsibilities

• Meet key performance parameters for outbound logistics and warehousing operations including STO ageing and truck turnaround time
• Monitor deliveries in the system and coordinate with OBL teams for placements
• Perform stock take, old stock analysis, and timely liquidation
• Coordinate with CFA teams and 3PL partners to ensure dispatch accuracy and 5S improvements
• Manage bill clearance, budget maintenance, and inventory maintenance
• Facilitate insurance claim settlements and raise debit notes for transit delays
• Prepare reports for financial closure and quarterly stock take activities

Requirements

• Graduate degree in B.Com, BAF, BBI, BBA, BMS, M.Com, or MBA in supply chain/operations
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, SAP, and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder coordination
• Ability to work independently without tool support (specifically for PwD candidates)

Preferred Qualifications

• Post Graduate diploma in materials management
