Executive Director — Workforce Analytics Advisory & BI Development

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to HR and business executives, translating priorities into actionable analytics recommendations.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of executive advisory insights, BI products, and dashboards.
• Drive proactive analytics to identify workforce patterns, risks, and opportunities regarding retention, mobility, and performance.
• Oversee the development of governed self-service analytics capabilities and scalable technical solutions.
• Partner with data and platform teams to ensure data quality, lineage, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with AI and Data Science partners to operationalize advanced analytics into practical workflows.
• Establish operating mechanisms for intake, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading analytics, business intelligence, and data-driven strategy in a large, global organization.
• Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-grade analytics products and executive advisory insights.
• Proven ability to lead through influence and align senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Experience designing and delivering modern BI and self-service solutions in cloud environments.
• Technical fluency in data integration, semantic layer design, and scalable analytics delivery.
• Experience implementing data governance, security, and access management controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience partnering with Human Resources teams on workforce and talent analytics use cases.
• Hands-on experience with modern visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or Sigma.
• Experience integrating BI tools with cloud data platforms, specifically Databricks.
• Experience operationalizing predictive analytics into day-to-day decision workflows.
