Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of the US Market Access strategy to maximize the value of Ivonescimab while ensuring widespread patient access
  • Design and implement value communications materials for use within the market
  • Partner with HEOR, Pricing, Medical Affairs, Commercialization, Legal and other stakeholders
  • Develop strategies, tactics, and promotional tools for Payer Strategic Account and Key Provider Account field teams
  • Collaborate in the development of pricing and contracting strategy, HEOR evidence generation plan, and patient support programs
  • Lead regular discussions with internal and external partners to ensure coordinated approaches to coverage and reimbursement
  • Lead the overall Market Access organization financial budget and projections
  • Provide market access support for in-licensing and out-licensing business development initiatives

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 12+ years of Market Access experience
  • Oncology experience required, specifically NSCLC and solid tumors
  • Proven commercial launch experience (at least 2 successful launches)
  • Strong understanding of payer value drivers within oncology
  • Established relationships at leading national and regional payers and IDNs
  • Ability to travel to support business priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting payer value creation strategies beyond clinical evidence, such as Integrated Care and Patient Support Programs
