Executive Director Technology Recruitment

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end, full life cycle recruitment for Technology, Product, and Data roles, from direct approach to offer completion.
• Conduct requirement intake calls with hiring managers to provide guidance on recruitment processes, controls, and policies.
• Evaluate, interview, and present qualified candidates while refining recruiting strategies based on stakeholder feedback.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to influence decision-making and manage expectations for both hiring managers and candidates.
• Educate candidates on career growth, benefits, and compensation philosophy to ensure successful offer closures.
• Develop and implement diversity strategies to ensure a diverse candidate slate for all roles.
• Manage and mentor a team of 3 to 4 recruitment professionals.
• Provide market intelligence, competitive mapping, and data-driven insights to support business needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in full life cycle recruiting within a fast-paced corporate environment or a professional search firm.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle complex assignments and multiple high-priority searches simultaneously.
• Exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to partner with senior leaders and engage high-level candidates.
• High proficiency in direct sourcing techniques to engage passive and currently employed talent.
• Deep understanding of executive compensation packages and experience negotiating complex compensation deals.

Preferred Qualifications

• A combination of experience working in a professional search firm and a corporate talent acquisition environment.
