About the role
Responsibilities
- Promote and live the Mission, Vision and Core Values of S&R
- Facilitate and promote resident choice and resident centered value within the community
- Maintain standards in the community that are within our policies and standards
- Oversee the daily operations of all resident services in the community
- Lead team to excellence by having a clear vision of what needs to be accomplished
- Responsible for hiring, performance management, discipline and termination of applicable team members
- Maximize revenue and control expenses to budget
Requirements
- Proven experience in creating brand awareness and engaging clients
- Proven performance in general administration, sales and marketing
- Previous experience in a Retirement, Residential Care, or Hospitality setting
- Prior management and team lead experience
- Working knowledge of the marketplace and the needs of seniors
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Working knowledge or capacity to understand relevant legislation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in marketing, preferably in residential care
- Experience in care or being an RPN
