Executive Director

Responsibilities

• Promote and live the Mission, Vision and Core Values of S&R
• Facilitate and promote resident choice and resident centered value within the community
• Maintain standards in the community that are within our policies and standards
• Oversee the daily operations of all resident services in the community
• Lead team to excellence by having a clear vision of what needs to be accomplished
• Responsible for hiring, performance management, discipline and termination of applicable team members
• Maximize revenue and control expenses to budget

Requirements

• Proven experience in creating brand awareness and engaging clients
• Proven performance in general administration, sales and marketing
• Previous experience in a Retirement, Residential Care, or Hospitality setting
• Prior management and team lead experience
• Working knowledge of the marketplace and the needs of seniors
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Working knowledge or capacity to understand relevant legislation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, preferably in residential care
• Experience in care or being an RPN
