Executive Director

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Frank Residences and Byer Square
• Oversee day-to-day clinical and non-clinical operations
• Manage annual operating budgets and financial forecasting
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including CDSS and RCFE
• Maintain collaborative relationships with Resident Councils and family members
• Lead sales and marketing efforts to support occupancy and census goals
• Supervise, mentor, and coach department leaders and management staff
• Lead survey preparation, audits, and regulatory readiness efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality
• Active California RCFE Administrator License
• Working knowledge of CDSS, RCFE, and Continuing Care Contract regulations
• Demonstrated experience in financial management and budgeting
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing and bending
