Executive Director - Regulatory Change Management

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex, end-to-end regulatory change initiatives within the CIB Front Office Change team
• Translate regulatory mandates into executable plans, assessing impacts across processes, systems, data, and operating models
• Oversee program execution including planning, resourcing, financials, delivery milestones, and risk management
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, Operations, Technology, and Business stakeholders to align interpretations and ensure consistent implementation
• Matrix-manage project managers, business analysts, and change leads across multiple regulatory workstreams
• Lead a team of senior program and project managers to deliver enterprise-wide regulatory change outcomes
• Ensure traceability from regulatory requirements through design, implementation, testing, and post-implementation validation

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in regulatory change management, business execution, or program management within financial services
• 6+ years of people management experience leading senior program, project, or change professionals
• Deep understanding of regulatory change frameworks and end-to-end implementation in complex banking environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to facilitate senior-level discussions and decision-making
• Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for tailoring messages to regulators and senior management
