Executive Director, Product Relationship Manager - FCM

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
• Drive revenue growth, client retention, and incremental pipeline ownership across the FCM platform
• Deliver a superior client experience and lead regular relationship reviews
• Own product delivery and the execution of client requests
• Support new business development in partnership with origination teams
• Act as the primary escalation point for client-related issues
• Ensure accurate client P&L management and maintain strict profitability discipline

Requirements

• 7+ years of Securities Sales experience (or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education)
• Ability to obtain or transfer FINRA Series 3, Series 7, and Series 63 registrations within 180 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep expertise across futures, clearing, and derivatives markets
• Proven track record of revenue growth, retention, and wallet share expansion
• Recognized product expertise in clearing workflows, onboarding, and delivery
• Ability to navigate and influence complex client and internal environments
• Strong leadership presence with a disciplined, analytical approach to decision-making
