Executive Director - Product Leader – Paze Wallet

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and strategy for product initiatives for Paze, a consortium-led digital wallet.
• Lead and develop a team of product managers while fostering a high-performance team culture.
• Manage executive stakeholder relationships and communicate product strategy, progress, and performance.
• Partner with Technology, Design, and Analytics teams to lead end-to-end product development.
• Define features and communicate technical requirements to engineering through clear documentation.
• Manage the product backlog, production support, issue resolution, and prioritization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure a strong risk and controls environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in financial services and product management.
• Proven experience in online payments, digital products, and money movement.
• Experience driving change and managing stakeholders within large, highly matrixed organizations.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, engineering practices, and the product development lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a track record of managing risk and controls.
• Ability to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
