Responsibilities

• Lead regional fundraising efforts with direct accountability for securing $3–5 million annually
• Serve as the senior external representative for Per Scholas in North Carolina
• Develop and execute a multi-year regional growth and revenue strategy
• Provide executive oversight and leadership to two Managing Directors
• Build and lead a high-performing regional leadership team
• Define and monitor regional KPIs including enrollment, completion, and job attainment
• Ensure long-term financial sustainability through disciplined budget management

Requirements

• 10+ years of senior executive experience in fundraising, external affairs, or market leadership
• Demonstrated success personally leading and closing $3–5M+ annually
• Deep knowledge of the North Carolina workforce and philanthropic ecosystems
• Proven ability to build influence across philanthropic, public, and private-sector stakeholders
• Commitment to advancing economic mobility and racial equity outcomes
