Executive Director

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Administrator for the home health provider, overseeing day-to-day operations and agency profitability
• Coordinate and complete assigned projects to support immediate and long-range company objectives
• Oversee patient eligibility for home care services and supervise the planning and delivery of total home health care
• Implement and maintain administrative practices, agency philosophy, and policies to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Provide motivation and retention strategies for qualified staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Act as a liaison between management staff and other departments throughout the company

Requirements

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• 1+ years of supervisory or administrative experience in home healthcare or a related field
• Current driver's license and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Current CPR certification (or ability to complete within 90 days of hire)
• Previous experience in home care settings
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently
• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
