Executive Director of Operations - Memory Care

Responsibilities

• Manage community budgets, revenue projections, and occupancy goals
• Oversee staffing levels and lead the hiring and recruitment processes
• Provide onsite sales support and network with outside referral sources like hospitals and rehab centers
• Conduct monthly family meetings and handle resident or family grievances
• Authorize all purchases and review bills and statements
• Participate in the training and development of new employees to improve community efficiency
• Manage the Sales Director and qualify prospects financially

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospitality Management, or Business preferred
• 3-5 years of management or healthcare-related experience
• Proven experience in a managerial role responsible for multiple disciplines
• Demonstrated experience with budgeting and staffing
• Proficiency in Windows applications, specifically Excel and Outlook
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
