Executive Director of Graduate and Continuing Studies

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction, daily operations, and recruitment efforts for Graduate and Online Programs
• Ensure GCS program start goals and revenue targets are met
• Oversee all aspects of matriculation strategies, from prospect lead to enrollment
• Establish and oversee financial aid strategies to support enrollment and revenue goals
• Partner with the marketing team to create effective messaging and a unique value proposition
• Manage budgets and create accountability scoreboards using data and reporting systems
• Attract, recruit, and retain top talent by leading and inspiring the GCS admissions staff
• Monitor emerging trends in Higher Education, continuing education, and the admissions profession

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to build and train high-performing teams
• Proficiency in data analysis and using information to guide strategic decision-making
• Ability to work collaboratively within an Enrollment Management leadership team
• Alignment with the Olivet Nazarene University Statement of Mission, Faith, and Lifestyle Covenant
