Executive Director of Advancement Services

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and direction for the Advancement Services area, including gift processing, prospect research, and donor relations
• Supervise data management staff and guide them through training and data handling processes
• Create and administer Raiser's Edge NXT database reports to address institutional advancement needs
• Construct lists, reports, and dashboard tools to support fundraising efforts, benchmarking, and forecasting
• Track all gift agreements and stewardship addenda to ensure accurate reporting to donors
• Review existing scholarship accounts and agreements to ensure compliance with state and federal laws
• Serve as the primary quality control lead for all records, reports, lists, and constituent data
• Develop strategies for leveraging constituent data to advance the organization's mission

Requirements

• 3-5 years of significant experience in CRM management for university development
• Proven experience with database management and computerized reporting tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Strong skills in data integrity, security, and constituent segmentation
• Ability to communicate complex information effectively to professional staff and university leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field
• Extensive experience with Raiser's Edge NXT
