Executive Director of Admissions

Responsibilities

• Serve as the chief recruiting officer, executing and evaluating recruitment strategies for first-year, transfer, international, and non-degree seeking students.
• Hire, train, mentor, and supervise undergraduate admissions staff, including exempt, non-exempt, and student employees.
• Develop strategic enrollment goals in collaboration with Marketing, Financial Aid, Housing, and other key campus stakeholders.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with high schools, community organizations, and professional associations.
• Manage the admissions budget, including oversight and resource allocation.
• Provide leadership regarding international federal regulatory compliance, including DHS and SEVIS requirements.
• Oversee the successful execution of campus visits and orientation events.
• Foster a student-centered office environment that provides exceptional service to prospective students.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Four or more years of progressive experience in an accredited higher education admissions office.
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring, supervising, and leading a team.
• Proficiency working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Higher Education Administration or a related field.
• Six or more years of progressive experience in higher education admissions.
• Direct experience working with Technolutions Slate CRM.
