Executive Director, LPS Warehouse

Responsibilities

• Lead Finished Goods Distribution and Parts Warehouses in North America, overseeing 6+ million square feet across 13 locations.
• Design, implement, and optimize warehouse automation systems using AI technologies for bulk and heavy items.
• Manage the internal Logistics Strategy and Planning team and lead the Logistics RFP and sourcing processes.
• Oversee strategic distribution network planning, 3PL contracts, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and lead times.
• Analyze logistics data and utilize predictive modeling to identify deviations and implement procedural efficiencies.
• Manage departmental operating budgets and provide performance reviews for KPIs, including shipping, inventory, and damaged product claims.
• Partner with internal executives and external stakeholders to align logistics with sales, marketing, and supply chain objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 16+ years of supply chain experience.
• 10+ years of supervisory experience managing high-level staff.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, SAP, WMS, and ERP systems.
• Expert knowledge of logistics operations, including the ability to develop AI algorithms and perform predictive modeling.
• Proven ability to manage complex distribution processes from factory to customer delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
• Professional Supply Chain Certification.
• Experience working within a global corporation.
• Background in the consumer electronics or home appliance industry.
