Executive Director

Responsibilities

• Determine and implement the mission, vision, and goals of the organization
• Provide strategic input, planning, and leadership on organizational issues
• Ensure development of sound programs and policies regarding marketing, resident services, fiscal matters, and facilities management
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Provide timely and accurate analyses, reports, and recommendations to leadership
• Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of Department Directors
• Effectively communicate with residents, associates, and resident sponsors
• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and operate within guidelines
• Represent the community and build relationships within the geographic area and industry
• Administer employee policies, procedures, and staff training

Requirements

• Experience in community management or senior living leadership
• Ability to manage functional areas including marketing, fiscal, and healthcare services
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
