Executive Director, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications

Responsibilities

• Execute the investor relations program in partnership with the CEO and CFO
• Own day-to-day IR execution, including investor and analyst meeting coordination and CRM management
• Draft core IR materials such as investor presentations, fact sheets, and earnings scripts
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sell-side analysts
• Coordinate investor conferences and non-deal roadshows
• Track and report investor sentiment and market feedback to senior management
• Lead corporate communications, including press releases and clinical announcements
• Translate complex scientific and regulatory information into investable messaging
• Partner with Legal to ensure Reg FD compliance and disclosure discipline
• Manage PR and IR agencies
• Coordinate external messaging across Finance, Clinical, Regulatory, and Legal departments

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in investor relations or corporate communications within biotech, biopharma, or life sciences
• Public company experience including earnings preparation and material disclosures
• Demonstrated ability to draft high-quality press releases and investor materials
• Strong scientific literacy to communicate clinical data and development strategy
• Strong financial literacy and comfort engaging with capital markets
• Experience managing external IR and PR agencies
• Bachelor’s degree required
