Executive Director, HEOR Modeling

Responsibilities

• Lead service line strategy for HEOR Consulting, including short, mid, and long-term planning.
• Drive innovation through the identification and implementation of AI, machine learning, and predictive modeling within HEOR.
• Oversee project execution by monitoring profitability, managing budgets, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Manage and mentor staff, including performance management, career development, and succession planning.
• Act as a trusted advisor to biopharmaceutical and medical device clients, addressing complex regulatory and strategic issues.
• Drive business development through prospecting, participating in bid defense meetings, and leveraging industry relationships.
• Contribute to thought leadership by presenting research at industry conferences and publishing in scientific journals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a Scientific or Technical Discipline.
• 15+ years of general experience in the life sciences or consulting field.
• 10+ years of management experience directing teams and projects.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree such as an MSc, PhD, or MD.
• Deep subject matter expertise in HEOR modeling and regulatory landscapes.
• Proven track record in business development and "rainmaking" within the life sciences industry.
