Executive Director

Responsibilities

• Assume overall accountability and responsibility for Habitat Health
• Supervise the Medical Director and other components of Habitat Health operations
• Ensure job responsibilities of all direct reports are defined and understood
• Manage development, implementation, and service delivery operations
• Oversee budget development, monitoring, and compliance
• Oversee marketing, government, and public relations
• Oversee QAPI Program to ensure appropriate indicators and outcomes
• Coordinate PACE provider applications and state/CMS readiness reviews
• Lead strategic planning and establishment of short-term and long-term goals
• Manage hiring, training, and performance appraisals for staff

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years experience in healthcare delivery or operations
• Minimum 5 years experience in a supervisory or administrative capacity
• Experience in complex brick and mortar healthcare delivery
• Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and Managed Care systems
• Knowledge of home and community-based care for elders and disabled adults
• Strong skills in oral and written communication
• Ability to lead with influence and manage multidisciplinary teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or Social Service
