Responsibilities

• Act as a key strategic partner to the Global Program Head, developing and stress-testing program strategies.
• Serve as the primary integrator across Global Program Team functions to facilitate high-quality decisions.
• Translate program strategy into actionable operating and integrated program plans.
• Utilize deep expertise from IND to approval, including clinical, regulatory, CMC, and commercial aspects.
• Lead the development of Integrated Development Plans (IDPs) by driving input and resolving trade-offs.
• Own and maintain oversight of integrated timelines, budgets, resource forecasts, and governance packages.
• Represent program health and strategic narratives to leadership and governance bodies.
• Foster psychological safety and shared accountability within the team.

Requirements

• 12+ years of extensive experience in global program management
• Proven knowledge of drug development processes and integrated planning
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority
• Excellent communication skills for translating complex ideas for diverse audiences
• Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops
