Executive Director, Global Commercial Excellence Lead

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale global commercial excellence frameworks across sales, marketing, and product launch functions.
• Lead enterprise-wide transformation by transitioning pilot programs into sustainable, global operating models.
• Embed AI-enabled and data-driven capabilities into commercialization processes to improve customer engagement.
• Define and execute global adoption strategies and change management programs for complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Partner with field leadership and global digital teams to enable differentiated, omnichannel customer-first marketing.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on sales, marketing, and launch excellence.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership regarding commercial risks, progress, and opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 16+ years of relevant experience, OR
• Master’s Degree with 14+ years of relevant experience, OR
• PhD with 14+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep expertise in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical commercialization.
• Proven success leading large-scale transformation programs in a complex, matrixed global organization.
• Strong experience across sales, marketing, and product launch excellence.
• Demonstrated experience with digital, AI-enabled, and omnichannel commercial capabilities.
• Track record of enterprise-level strategy development and execution.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
