About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic implementation and execution of a multi-year strategy for executive education and non-degree programs.
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies, including market segmentation, pricing, and portfolio positioning.
  • Identify and develop new educational offerings such as open-enrollment, cohort-based, and custom programs for corporate and government partners.
  • Translate research strengths into market-responsive educational products and scalable delivery models (in-person, online, and hybrid).
  • Build and manage senior-level relationships across corporate, government, nonprofit, and multilateral sectors.
  • Own annual and multi-year revenue and margin targets, including the development of scalable financial models.
  • Provide end-to-end operational leadership, including staffing, budgeting, and program delivery.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of professionals in program management, marketing, and partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • 8-10 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in executive education, professional education, or corporate learning.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling non-degree or executive education programs within a complex organization.
  • Proven ability to manage program economics, pricing strategies, and financial performance.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively with faculty and academic leaders.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in climate, sustainability, energy, finance, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Familiarity with higher education executive education models.
  • Global experience and comfort working across diverse cultures and geographies.
