About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and execute enterprise technology strategy across infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity operations, and IT service delivery.
- Serve as the principal technology advisor to the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board of Directors regarding investment priorities and cybersecurity risk.
- Lead enterprise cybersecurity governance, including incident response, threat intelligence, security architecture, and data protection.
- Maintain compliance and audit readiness for CMMC Level 2, NIST SP 800-171, DFARS, ITAR, and other government contracting requirements.
- Build and develop a high-performing technology leadership team focused on operational excellence and business alignment.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to modernize business processes and integrate AI capabilities across the enterprise.
Requirements
- 10+ years of senior executive leadership experience with enterprise-wide accountability for technology and cybersecurity.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
- Proven success leading technology organizations in defense, aerospace, or highly regulated industries.
- Extensive experience with compliance frameworks such as CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, DFARS, or ITAR.
- Demonstrated track record of presenting technology strategy and risk assessments to Boards of Directors and regulatory authorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as CISM, CISA, CRISC, or CISSP.
