Responsibilities

• Define and raise the creative standard across Brand, Experience, Commerce, and Product engagements
• Shape and oversee flagship projects, major pitches, and case-defining work
• Serve as senior creative partner in high-visibility client situations
• Build trusted executive-level client relationships grounded in creative credibility
• Play a leading role in new business strategy and pitch development
• Mentor and elevate senior creative leaders across product, design, and conceptual teams
• Attract and retain top-tier creative talent within the LATAM market

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams in agency or digital environments
• A portfolio of high-visibility, conceptually ambitious work
• Proven experience serving as a senior creative voice in executive-level client relationships
• Track record of building and mentoring senior creative leaders
• Strong commercial instinct with the ability to translate creative ambition into business impact
• Deep understanding of Latin American markets and cultural nuance
• Fluency in English and Spanish
