Executive Director, Commercial Operations

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies in partnership with senior leadership
• Build and execute roadmap for sales, marketing, digital, and field sales training operations
• Create and oversee integrated launch project plans and facilitate cross-functional meetings
• Oversee collection, analysis, and interpretation of sales data and organizational dashboards
• Manage commercial data needs, platform ecosystems, and evolving data strategies
• Develop strategies for territory alignment, targeting, call plans, and digital personas
• Oversee digital operations including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Drupal, Claravine, and GA360
• Manage marketing operations including MLR reviews and speaker bureau management
• Partner with stakeholders on national meetings, POA logistics, and event management
• Manage and develop the commercial operations budget
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology commercial operations
• 5+ years of experience in oncology
• Proven track record in strategic planning and execution
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent leadership and cross-functional communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical sales processes and regulatory environments
