Executive Director Clinical Pharmacology

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of scientists and directors providing Clinical Pharmacology support in Oncology therapeutic focus areas.
• Accountable for the PK/PD evaluation of a complex and wide-scope portfolio of products and projects.
• Drive the successful and timely completion of assignments to support corporate strategic goals.
• Provide performance management, assessment, and professional development guidance for staff.
• Develop and implement strategic analyses and contribute to the development of the Clinical Pharmacology functional strategy.
• Act as a technical leader and provide executive guidance across the organization and within PMx.

Requirements

• PhD in pharmacokinetics or a related biological discipline (e.g., pharmacology, toxicology, biology, biochemistry, or pharmaceutical science).
• 20 years of experience in Clinical Pharmacology.
• Mastery level of PK/PD knowledge.
• Strong strategic leadership and influential communication skills across all levels of an organization.
