Executive Director - Asset Management Site Lead

Responsibilities

• Define the Manila (Taguig) site strategy and multi-year roadmap, including capability build and governance.
• Implement a scalable operating model with clear decision rights and delivery oversight in partnership with global teams.
• Build and lead an inclusive, high-performing leadership team, overseeing hiring, development, and succession planning.
• Establish outcome-based management routines and lead transformation initiatives to optimize workflows through automation and re-engineering.
• Own key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) across quality, timeliness, and productivity.
• Embed a strong risk and controls mindset, ensuring audit readiness and driving timely remediation of issues.
• Manage the location budget and ensure cost-effective resource deployment aligned to business priorities.
• Champion operational resiliency through business continuity planning and recovery practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 15 years of experience in financial services, asset management, or banking operations.
• 8 years of significant people leadership experience.
• Proven success building and scaling teams, including establishing culture and governance routines.
• Demonstrated operational excellence with measurable improvements in quality and control outcomes.
• Strong risk and controls mindset regarding governance design and audit readiness.
• Proven track record leading process, technology, and way-of-working transformations.
• Exceptional senior stakeholder management skills within a global matrix environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or other advanced degree.
• Direct experience in the asset management industry.
• Prior experience establishing or scaling a greenfield or early-stage site.
• Knowledge of the Philippines labor market, regulatory environment, and talent dynamics.
• Experience shaping automation and artificial intelligence approaches to support business scaling.
