Executive Director, Analytics

Responsibilities

• Define the analytics strategy that connects media performance to client business outcomes and establish measurement frameworks, KPIs, and reporting standards.
• Serve as a senior consultative voice for client engagements, translating performance data into actionable narratives for C-suite executives.
• Lead and develop a team of analysts and BI developers, overseeing workforce planning, performance management, and career development.
• Partner with Product and Data Engineering to shape the analytics product roadmap, including reporting architecture and data pipelines.
• Apply deep financial services intelligence to ensure all analytics deliverables are relevant to deposit acquisition, loan portfolio strategy, and regulatory environments.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in analytics, insights, or data strategy within advertising, media, or marketing services.
• 5+ years of dedicated expertise working with financial services clients.
• Proven experience leading teams of 5 or more at the manager or senior manager level.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, or related field.
• Proficiency with BI platforms (such as Tableau, Power BI, or DOMO) and a strong understanding of SQL.
• Deep knowledge of marketing attribution models, incrementality testing, and digital marketing platforms.
• Ability to present complex analytical findings to C-suite audiences at financial institutions.
