Executive - Digital/Performance Marketing

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10-15 third-party Customer Care Professionals focused on digital acquisition for the India market
• Manage the delivery of all Colleague, Customer, and Shareholder metrics
• Coach and develop third-party team members to ensure high performance
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners across the network
• Ensure effective third-party governance and adherence to highest levels of controls and compliance
• Partner with Operations and New Accounts to optimize the card approval process and deliver a high-end customer experience
