Executive - DA Recruitment

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete end-to-end rider hiring and onboarding process
• Handle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and documentation for delivery riders
• Conduct online and walk-in interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate visa processing and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately
• Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and reports throughout the hiring cycle
• Monitor candidate progress and provide regular updates until successful onboarding
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure operational readiness of new riders
• Support recruitment drives, job fairs, and bulk hiring campaigns to meet targets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, specifically in volume or blue-collar hiring
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies
• Valid UAE Motorcycle Driving License (Mandatory)
• Knowledge of UAE labor and visa processes is an advantage
