Executive - DA Excellence

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze Delivery Associate performance using operational KPIs such as productivity, attendance, and delivery success rates.
• Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with company SOPs and service standards.
• Coordinate onboarding, refresher training, and engagement initiatives for Delivery Associates.
• Investigate performance issues and recommend corrective actions to improve operational efficiency.
• Handle rider-related escalations and coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely resolution.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and dashboards.
• Identify trends, process gaps, and improvement opportunities to enhance delivery performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in operations, fleet management, logistics, or last-mile delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and dashboard creation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working specifically with rider or driver operations.
• Knowledge of UAE routes and last-mile logistics operations.
