About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the CEO and Executive Leadership Team through planning, coordination, and follow-through on key organizational commitments.
  • Monitor progress on major initiatives and develop reporting mechanisms to provide visibility into deadlines and risks.
  • Coordinate executive retreats, leadership meetings, and enterprise-wide events, including driving agendas and materials.
  • Serve as the primary coordinator for board and committee activities, managing calendars, governance deliverables, and meeting logistics.
  • Lead or coordinate enterprise-wide initiatives and projects assigned by the CEO, including cross-functional efforts and workplace operations.
  • Build trusted relationships across the organization to strengthen information flow and collaboration.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in operations, program management, executive administration, or business operations.
  • Proven experience supporting senior executives within a complex organization.
  • Demonstrated success in coordinating large-scale initiatives and driving results through influence.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a mission-driven, nonprofit, healthcare, education, or social enterprise environment.
