Executive Contract Manager

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the Regional Manager on project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients to build and maintain relationships
• Prepare, interpret, and maintain contracts and negotiate variations
• Interpret contract requirements to ensure compliance with statutory and policy requirements
• Manage contract documentation including renewals, extensions, and terminations
• Ensure service performance and company KPI targets are achieved
• Address client requests and complaints efficiently
• Manage operational budgets and conduct regular follow-ups
• Coordinate and allocate personnel, equipment, and materials
• Analyse potential risks in contract terms and advise management
• Ensure WHS objectives and procedures are implemented by on-site staff
• Administer resource provision and report building data to Head Office

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven experience, preferably within Supply Chain & Logistics
• Relevant qualifications in Business, Management, or a related field
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and rostering
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of compliance and health and safety procedures
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the cleaning industry
• Industry certifications such as WHS, Infection Control, and First Aid
