About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop full-funnel content strategies aligned with campaign and business objectives
- Define content roles across platforms including Social, Video, KOL, and Digital Ecosystems
- Translate media plans into clear content direction and messaging frameworks
- Create content briefs, key messages, and storytelling angles for campaigns
- Analyze content performance metrics such as engagement, views, CTR, and conversions
- Support KOL and content creator strategy and briefing
- Collaborate with media planners, creative, social, and performance teams
- Prepare and present content strategy decks and rationale to clients
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in content planning, social media, or digital marketing
- Experience working with content, KOLs, or campaign-based projects
- Understanding of digital platforms and content formats (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics
