Responsibilities

• Manage and execute LinkedIn content strategy, including drafting, scheduling, and posting
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and audience engagement
• Repurpose long-form content into social posts, clips, and written insights
• Coordinate podcast scheduling, guest communications, and recording logistics
• Support episode planning, including outlines and post-production coordination
• Partner with executive leadership to translate ideas into compelling content
• Track performance metrics across LinkedIn and podcast platforms to provide optimization insights

Requirements

• 4–6+ years in content, social media, or digital marketing roles
• Strong writing and editing skills for professional audiences
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple content streams
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting executive or personal brands
• Familiarity with podcast production workflows
