About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary consultant on executive compensation matters within assigned business groups, partnering with HR leadership to attract and retain executives
- Conduct compensation analysis, costing, and scenario modeling to inform decisions and tradeoffs
- Modernize executive compensation modeling tools to translate complex analyses into actionable insights for leaders
- Partner with Legal to ensure programs align with disclosure, governance, and compliance requirements
- Support the development of the Compensation Discussion & Analysis (CD&A) and proxy tables
- Prepare materials for leadership and Compensation Committee review, including equity usage analyses
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Total Rewards, Executive Recruiting, and HR Business Partners to ensure accurate program execution
Requirements
- 4+ years of compensation experience
- Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field AND 4+ years of experience in compensation, data analytics, HR, finance, or business
- OR a Bachelor's Degree in the above fields AND 6+ years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical rigor and ability to perform complex modeling
- Clear communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into concise narratives
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of specific executive compensation experience
- Experience in compensation project management
- Systems thinking mindset with strong attention to detail and data integrity
- Ability to deliver high-quality work within tight timelines and navigate ambiguity
