Responsibilities

  • Advise on executive compensation and employee benefits issues in connection with M&A, private equity, IPOs, and restructurings
  • Counsel founders, CEOs, and boards on employment agreements and equity incentive structures
  • Provide strategic guidance on tax and ERISA considerations
  • Support compensation aspects of complex and confidential corporate events

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of executive compensation and employee benefits experience
  • Experience at an Am Law 50 or comparable practice preferred
  • Strong experience in transaction-related compensation matters
  • Technical expertise in tax and ERISA aspects of executive compensation
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced advisory environment
